We recommended that our client takes an “Open Architecture Platform” approach, which would enable them to innovate faster at a much lower cost of operations. The platform approach would be strengthened through a 4-sided network effort, where users create value for users, which attracts more users, and in turn creates more value and attracts more anchor partners to the Platform.

This new Architecture would be a multi-tenanted SAAS marketplace – with the client owning the IP, allowing our client to attract, engage, and retain loyalty members to earn & burn points across 100+ anchor partners. The platform would enable our client to define the rules of engagement for all parties, provide robust value & data exchange, is highly secured, has a core focus on user experience and encourages marketers & entrepreneurs to create new ways to deliver value.
