This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which Network Science may consider a refund for its services.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Please note: Network Science generally does not offer refunds for its services. Due to the nature of our Deep Tech solutions, customization, and project-based work, refunds are not typically issued.

3. Exceptions (at Management Discretion)

In exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Network Science Management, a partial refund may be considered. Examples may include:

• Mutual Termination: If a project is mutually terminated before completion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Network Science’s control, a partial refund based on completed work may be considered.
• Proven Service Failure: In the rare case of a demonstrably proven service failure on Network Science’s part that significantly impacts project deliverables, a partial refund may be considered.

4. Management Discretion

The decision to grant a refund rests solely with Network Science Management. This policy allows for flexibility in handling unforeseen situations but does not guarantee refunds in any situation.

5. Changes to Policy

Network Science reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on the Network Science website.
