It now enables scalable growth across India and beyond, with ongoing enhancements to support expanding use cases.
A sustainability focused vehicle washing innovator recycles and reuses 98% of the water used to wash all machines. This company had built its first prototype and was launching it with all OEMs. However, to do so it needed to add a digital strategy for data collection, visualization, payments, and analysis for their customers. Building a digital strategy and execute a digital touchpoint for our client to allow for seamless business flow between itself, its customers and end users was the pressing need.
Network Science started with building a digital strategy around how the end users should engage around payments, data visibility, user journeys and feedback. This was followed with a rigorous evaluation for the perfect development tea. For successful execution, project management, evaluation and quality check were essential which were played with perfection by the team. The project stuck to its defined timelines by elimination of procedural and systemic roadblocks and moving to more appropriate payment gateways. We further negotiated and designed a complex data strategy to manage data coming from IoTs on the machine and making it talk with the digital platform.
The solution is a Progressive Web App and web interface for a complex set of functionalities for our clients’ customers that collates wash data and payment data across 50 parameters from every wash. The solution also manages incoming data from an IoT gateway in a cost-efficient manner and holds all data securely.
After three milestone focused developments, we have delivered a bug free application which can be the first strategic touchpoint for our client with its customer base across multiple industries.
The impact of this development allows our client to expand the offering to a much larger client base across India and beyond. We are now working on expanding its functionality to manage a larger dataset, added use cases and to handle many more machines. The application is scalable to include expanding business models for the company as well.
